报道1例诊断为路易体痴呆合并帕金森综合征患者的临床表现和诊治情况，并结合文献,从患者的基础护理、不良反应护理、心理护理、康复功能护理及联合互联网延伸护理,共 5方面的护理措施进行汇报和探讨。通过医疗干预以及上述各项护理措施,改善患者疾病症状降低疾病带来的不良风险,促进患者早日康复,也为临床护理具体实施提供思路。

This paper reports the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of a patient with dementia with Lewy body complicated by Parkinson syndrome, and reports and discusses the nursing measures in five aspects, including basic nursing, adverse reaction nursing,psychological nursing, rehabilitation function nursing and extended Internet nursing, in combination with literature. Through medical intervention and various nursing measures mentioned above, the symptoms of the patient can be improved, the adverse risks brought by the disease can be reduced, and the early recovery of the patient can be promoted. This also provides ideas for the specific implementation of clinical nursing.
