新冠肺炎疫情自爆发以来在全球产生巨大影响力,由严重急性呼吸系统综合症冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)所引发的 2019 年冠状病毒病( corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)在不断蔓延,对公共卫生健康产生了巨大的威胁。目前对于该病的治疗主要依赖于对症支持治疗,有效的疫苗接种是抑制 COVID-19 传播的重要手段。世界各大研究机构致力于疫苗的研发和临床应用,这些疫苗包括灭活病毒疫苗、腺病毒载体疫苗、蛋白质亚单位疫苗和核酸疫苗。然而,疫苗注射后的严重不良反应,特别是与神经系统有关的不良反应如急性脊髓炎、特发性面神经麻痹、脑静脉窦血栓形成、吉兰巴雷综合征、癫痫、急性脑病综合征、脑卒中等并发症,引发了公众对其安全性的担忧。本综述总结了 COVID-19 疫苗接种后出现的各类神经系统并发症，并提供可能的证据表明其是否与 COVID-19 疫苗接种直接相关，这对完善疫苗设计和更精准地推进疫苗接种计划具有重要意义。

Recently, the ongoing pandemic of corona virus disease 2019 (COVlD-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has posed a serious public health threat to the world. The current treatment is mainly symptomatic supportive. Effective vaccination is an important way to prevent the onset of COVD-19. At present, major research institutions in the world have carried out a large number of vaccine developments and clinical applications, including : attenuated live virus vaccine, inactivated virus vaccine, adenovirus vector vaccine, protein subunit vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine.However, some vaccines have been reported to cause serious adverse events, especially the neurological complications such as acute myelitis, idiopathic facial paralysis, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,Guillain-Barre syndrome, epilepsy, acute encephalopathy syndrome, and stroke, all of which have raised public concerns about vaccines safety. This review summarizes neurological complications after COVID-19 vaccination and provide spossible evidence on whether they are directly related to COVlD-19 vaccination. This is of great significance for improving vaccine designs and accuracy of vaccinoprophylaxis.
