偏瘫肩痛在脑卒中后患者中较多见,但治疗效果并不理想,肌内效贴作为新兴治疗技术逐渐应用于偏瘫肩痛的神经康复之中，本文以探索肌内效贴在偏瘫肩痛中的应用的最新进展对其进行综述,为肌内效贴在偏瘫肩痛的治疗方面提供思路。肌内效贴作为新型治疗技术已在多数研究中表明其对脑卒中后患者的痉挛症状、疼痛感觉、上肢运动功能异常和本体感觉障碍等有所改善,另外肌内效贴与不同治疗技术相结合的治疗效果往往优于单一治疗,且现阶段可与其结合治疗的技术颇多,包括中医传统技术、临床治疗、常规康复治疗、神经发育疗法等。因此可以考虑日后将肌内效贴作为偏瘫肩痛的替代治疗或辅助治疗。

At present, there are many techniques that can be combined with Kinesio Taping, such as traditional Chinese medicine, clinical treatment, conventional rehabilitation treatment neurodevelopmental therapy, Therefore,it is possible to consider using intramuscular patches as an alternative or adjuvant treatment for hemiplegic shoulder pain in the future.
