针灸治疗中风（卒中）的疗效显著、适应证广泛，有其不可替代的地位。基于真实世界的病例注册登记研究，因其具有真实性、可信度高以及结论更适用于临床等特点，已成为临床研究中的重要研究方法，而应用该研究方法开展针灸及中风的临床研究是国内外的研究热点。本文通过对既往的针灸及中风相关病例注册登记研究进行检索和梳理，归纳和总结国内外针灸及中风相关病例注册登记平台的应用及研究现状，同时对当前国内规模最大、参与人数最多的中国国家卒中登记（China National Stroke Registration，CNSR）项目的相关研究成果进行综述，探讨搭建针灸治疗中风的病例注册登记平台的重要性，以辅助临床和学术研究。

Acupuncture and moxibustion for stroke has a significant effect and a wide range of indications, and has an irreplaceable position. The case registration research based on the real world has become an important research method in clinical research because of its authenticity, high reliability and more clinical applicable conclusions. The application of this research method to the clinical research of acupuncture, moxibustion and stroke is a hot research topic at home and abroad. By searching and sorting out the previous patient registry studies on acupuncture, moxibustion and stroke, this paper reviewed the application and research status of related patient registration platforms, and summarized the relevant research results of the China National Stroke Registration (CNSR), to explore the importance of building a patient registration platform of acupuncture and moxibustion for stroke to assist clinical and academic research.
