帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）是当前严重威胁老年人生活质量的一种中枢神经系统退行性变性疾病，临床上常表现为运动与非运动功能障碍 2 大类。药物和手术治疗仅对控制 PD 的部分运动症状有一定的疗效，而对于认知障碍、情绪情感障碍、疲乏、二便功能障碍和睡眠障碍等非运动功能障碍的疗效欠佳。作业治疗策略对于帮助 PD 患者重返生活、工作和社会以及提高生活质量尤为重要。本文基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类（International Classification of Function, Disability and Health，ICF）架构对 PD 患者进行全面细致地分析，指导 PD 患者在运动症状与非运动症状方面的作业治疗实践，提高对PD 患者的健康管理水平。

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a degenerative disease of central nervous system that seriously threatens the quality of life of the elderly. Clinically, it is often manifested in two categories: motor dysfunction and non-motor dysfunction. Currently, drugs and surgical operation only have certain efficacy in controlling part of the motor symptoms of PD. For non-motor disorders such as cognitive impairment, emotional disorders, fatigue, bowel and bladder dysfunction and sleep disorders, medication and surgery have poor effect. If patients want to return to life, work and community and improve the quality of life, occupational therapy strategies are particularly important. In this paper, a comprehensive and detailed analysis of PD is made based on International Classification of Function, Disability and Health (ICF) framework, to help guide the clinical practice of occupational therapy for PD patients with motor and non-motor symptoms, and improve the level of health management of PD.
