
经皮穴位电刺激治疗脑梗死后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效

经皮穴位电刺激治疗脑梗死后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效
Clinical effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction
目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激对脑梗死后患者肢体功能障碍的临床疗效。
方法:87 例脑梗死后肢体功能障碍的患者按随机数字表法以 1 :1 的比例分为对照组和治疗组,2 组均给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上接受经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对照组接受穴位安慰刺激,均治疗 4 周。以治疗后神经功能缺损评分改善有效率为主要的疗效评价指标,简化 Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评分和改良 Barthel 指数评分为次要疗效指标,以评价经皮穴位电刺激的康复治疗效果。
结果:治疗组临床总有效率为 88.89%,与对照组(64.71%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组可显著提高简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(P<0.05)和改良 Barthel 指数评分(P<0.05)。
结论:经皮穴位电刺激在一定程度上能够明显改善脑梗死患者的肢体功能,提高日常生活活动能力,无明显不良反应,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (TEAS) on patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction.
Methods: Eighty-seven patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the treatment group at a ratio of 1:1 according to the random number table method. Both groups received conventional treatment. The control group received percutaneous acupoint sham stimulation, and the treatment group received percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation therapy. Stimulation treatment was performed for 4 weeks. The improvement rate of neurological deficit score of the patients’ limb function was observed as the main clinical outcome, and the changes in simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score and the modified Barthel Index (MBI) score were evaluated as the secondary clinical outcomes.
Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); as compared with the control group, the treatment group could significantly improve the simplified FMA and modified MBI scores, and the neurological damage was significantly improved (P<0.05).
Conclusion: TEAS can significantly improve the limb function of patients with cerebral infarction to a certain extent, improve the ability of daily life of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of further clinical application.
