大部分脑卒中患者伴有肢体功能运动障碍，常导致生活自理能力下降，对患者生活质量产生严重影响。常规西药对患者神经功能与肢体功能的康复疗效不佳，而穴位按摩联合康复训练等多种中医护理技术，能有效促进脑卒中患者肢体功能的早期康复。本文通过综述近年来穴位按摩在脑卒中患者肢体功能康复中应用的相关研究，发现单一穴位按摩疗法对脑卒中患者肢体功能康复的疗效尚不明确，其相关分子机制研究较少，并且因辨证选穴较为复杂而限制了其临床应用。今后的研究应更加明确穴位按摩的疗效及作用机制，优化和简化穴位按摩的实际操作流程，从而促进其在临床、家庭和社区的推广和应用。

Most patients after stroke are accompanied by limb dyskinesia, which often leads to the decline of self-care ability and seriously influents the quality of life. Conventional western medicine has a poor effect on the rehabilitation of patients’ neurological and limb functions, while acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques can effectively promote the early rehabilitation of limb functions of patients after stroke. By summarizing the relevant research reports of acupoint massage in limb function rehabilitation of patients after stroke in recent years, it is found that the curative effect of single acupoint massage therapy on limb function rehabilitation of patients after stroke is not clear, the studies on its relevant molecular mechanism are of few numbers, and its clinical application is limited due to the complexity of dialectical acupoint selection. In future research, it is necessary to clarify the efficacy and mechanism of acupoint massage, optimize and simplify the actual operation process of acupoint massage, so as to facilitate its popularization and application in clinic, family and community.
