目的：观察品管圈活动对脑血管病偏瘫患者电动起立床上直立性低血压发生率的影响。

方法：成立品管圈活动小组，确立活动主题，采用循环管理方法，进行现况调查、要因分析、对策制订和效果检验等。选择2018年6—9月符合病例选择标准的94例偏瘫患者作为开展品管圈活动之前的研究对象，同时选择2018年10—12月符合病例选择标准的94例偏瘫患者作为开展品管圈活动之后的研究对象。进行现状调查，分析引起电动起立床上直立性低血压发生的要因，制订相应对策，并进行效果检验。

结果：直立性低血压发生率由开展品管圈活动前的9.6%下降至开展品管圈活动后的2.1%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；目标达成率和进步率分别为116.7%和77.8%。患者满意度由开展品管圈活动前的69.1%上升至开展品管圈活动后的97.9%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。

结论：品管圈活动可以降低偏瘫患者电动起立床上直立性低血压发生率，提高患者满意度。

Objective: To observe the effect of quality control circle activities on the incidence of orthostatic hypotension in hemiplegic patients with cerebrovascular diseases using electric standing bed.

Methods: The quality control circle activities group was established, and the activity themes were confirmed. The circulation management method was adopted to carry out the current situation investigation, the main causes analysis, the countermeasures decision and the effect evaluation. Ninety-four hemiplegic patients who met the case selection criteria from June to September 2018 were selected as the subjects before launching the quality control circle activities, and 94 hemiplegic patients who also met the case selection criteria from October to December 2018 were selected as the subjects after launching the quality control circle activities. A survey of the status quo was conducted, the main causes of orthostatic hypotension due to electric standing bed were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures were decided, and the effect evaluation was carried out.

Results: The incidence of orthostatic hypotension decreased from 9.6% before launching the quality control circle activities to 2.1% after launching the quality control circle activities (P < 0.01), and the achievement rate and progress rate were 116.7% and 77.8%, respectively. Patient satisfaction increased from 69.1% to 97.9% (P < 0.01). 

Conclusion: Quality control circle activity can reduce the incidence of orthostatic hypotension in hemiplegic patients using electric standing bed and improve their satisfaction.
