帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是慢性进展性神经变性疾病,症状多样并且复杂,包括运动症状和非运动症状，睡眠障碍是最常见非运动症状之一。目前帕金森病睡眠障碍(Parkinson's disease sleep disorder,PDSD)发病机制尚不清楚,西医有对症治疗药物,但疗效不理想,且存在药物依赖与较多不良反应,中医药治疗 PDSD 有一定临床疗效。本文总结了现代医学对 PDSD 治疗优缺点,结合近期的专家共识与临床经验,运用中医理论对PDSD进行辨证论治总结,为中西医结合诊治此病提供一定参考。

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease with diverse and complex symptoms, including both motor and non-motor symptoms. Sleep disorder is one of the most common non-motor symptom. At present, the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease sleep disorder (PDSD) is not clear. Western Medicine has symptomatic treatment drugs,but the efficacy is not ideal, and there are drug dependence and many adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese Medicine has certain clinical efficacy in treating for PDSD. This article summarized the advantages and disadvantages of modern medicine in the treatment of PDSD, combined with recent expert consensus and clinical experience, and applied Traditional chinese Medicine theory to differentiate and treat for PDSD, providing a certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
