
穴位埋线在脑卒中康复的应用进展研究
Application and research progress of acupoint catgut embedding in stroke rehabilitation
脑卒中作为一类高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的疾病,其疾病负担在世界各国均呈上升趋势。脑卒中导致的一系列功能障碍成为脑卒中患者致残的主要原因,故脑卒中康复成为脑血管疾病康复的研究热点。大量研究表明穴位埋线可以恢复神经功能、调控神经反射、促进脑功能重塑。本文从脑卒中康复角度,总结穴位埋线在脑卒中康复中的应用进展,并阐述穴位埋线的相关作用机制。
As a disease with high morbidity, high mortality and high disability, the burden of stroke has a fast-rising trend around the world. A series of functional disorders caused by stroke have become the main causes of disability, so the rehabilitation of stroke has become the research hot spot in cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation. Numerous studies have shown that acupoint catgut embedding can restore nerve function, regulate nerve reflex and promote brain function remodelling. From the perspective of stroke rehabilitation, this review summarizes the application progress of acupoint catgut embedding in stroke rehabilitation and elucidates the relevant mechanism of acupoint catgut embedding.
